4 simple steps

To get the best results from r*naterra, we recommend following these simple steps…

  1. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. You can reduce and save the amount of shampoo that needs to be used by not only wetting, but also rinsing your hair thoroughly with hot water (as if you’re washing your hair).
  2. Lather r*naterra on the scalp. Less lather is needed than with other shampoo.
  3. Wait a few minutes for the good ingredients to penetrate the hair and scalp. (1-3 minutes)
  4. Rinse off the foam until water runs clear.

Additional tips & information

  • Poor lather: If you experience poor lather, it may be due to residue from previous products. We recommend avoiding other shampoos and conditioners until the lather improves while continuing to use r*naterra for about two weeks. If the lather is still poor, it may be due to a leave-in treatment.
  • The ends of my hair are messy: Some types of hair have a better texture if you dry your hair with a hair dryer. For wave styles, this may not be necessary.
  • Styling products will not rinse out completely after one wash: We have tested various styling products and found that many of the lower-priced drugstore products are gentle plant-based shampoos that do not rinse out easily. We recommend using salon-specific products, but be careful not to use too much.
  • Be sure to rinse the shampoo out completely to avoid buildup which can make your hair heavy.

We hope these tips will help you get the most out of r*naterra. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us for additional support or check out our FAQ page.
