r*naterra is an excellent all-in-one product that completes shampoo (cleansing), skin care (scalp), and treatment all at once. Conditioner and treatment are basically unnecessary.*

r*naterra is designed to leave the necessary oils in the scalp and hair. The oil deficient in broccoli seed oil, etc., is added to the hair, so basically conditioner and treatment isn’t needed.

Please pre-wash your hair and skin thoroughly (wash in hot water before shampooing). Pre-washing will remove most of the dirt. A small amount of shampoo can be used to create a nice lather and wash the hair. By lathering the scalp and hair thoroughly, the lather is allowed to spread the entire scalp and hair to remove dirt and grime.

r*naterra is a “balance-oriented product”. It effectively cleanses away daily dirt and stying products while avoiding excessive moisturizing, which can be harmful to daily life and hair salon services. 
Using r*naterra in combination with “first-aid type products” may alter the properties and effectiveness of the shampoo. If you plan to combine it with other products, it’s best to use exclusive hair salon products. 

It is recommended that you get advice from a hair stylist or a salon experienced with this product. If you are unable to do so, please take into consideration the compatibility of r*naterra with other hair products you are using. Incompatibility may impact its lathering ability, ease of rinsing, and the final volume of your hair, among other things.

If you experience itching, irritation, or any other unusual symptoms during or after use, we recommend that you discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist or other health care professional.

It depends on the degree of itchiness, but it is expected that customers who have been using other shampoos will experience itching when they switch to r*naterra shampoo. In this case, it may be a favorable reaction. The skin may feel sticky or mildly itchy near the scalp during the process of moving toward a better condition. We have received reports of improvement after a week of continuous use.

Yes it can. Strong detergent shampoos make perms last longer. r*naterra is designed to have the least amount of cleaning power necessary, so it will not remove perms.

Yes it can. This may sound technical, but the ingredient Sodium Lauroyl Silk Amino Acid has an anti-fading effect.

r*naterra is composed of naturally derived ingredients, so you can expect gentle cleansing that is safe enough for babies. However, we recommend that you use the product with the utmost care, as the human body, not just babies, varies from person to person.

Although it varies from person to person, shampoos with strong detergent power may remove too much oil, resulting in excessive greasiness, and the excess oil is thought to be the cause of the odor. It may be possible to improve the condition by not over-oiling the skin.

If there is enough lather, you will immediately feel the good condition of your hair after shampooing. Many of our customers say that they feel it on their scalp in about one to two weeks.

Basically, once a day is sufficient, but there is nothing wrong with twice a day when using such a gentle shampoo.
